I am aware that this trailer for Super Puzzle Platformer Deluxe from indie dev Andrew Morrish is not new. It is, in fact, approximately a month and a half old which, in internet terms, may as well be forever ago. Still, there is some chance that you haven’t seen the trailer for Super Puzzle Platformer Deluxe and that would be a shame. The game, which looks to have shades of Mr. Driller (one of my favorite puzzlers of all time) along with platforming elements (although you have a gun instead of a drill, so your attacks are horizontal, but I still think the comparison holds up). The game is a sequel to the not-surprisingly-named Super Puzzle Platformer, which you can play or download over on Morrish’s page. I would encourage you to do so because it is delightful Honestly, I have no idea how I’ve missed this, but – after playing the original for a while – I’m thoroughly interested in getting my hands on the updated version which will contain multiplayer, levels, new obstacles, unlockable characters, and other such things.
